Abstract According to the Twenty-Five Key Requirements for Preventing Electric Power Production Accidents , protection of important capital and auxiliary equipment should adopt “Two Out Three” logic judgment method, signal follow whole process from sampling point input module. The principle relative independence is that number measuring points insufficient due system reasons, measures prevent disoperation be taken. Considering a coal-fired power plant’s third-phase engineering steam turbine, boiler, generator lateral signals are single-point design do not meet requirements countermeasures, abnormality single circuit will cause abnormal actions affect safe stable operation unit. Therefore, original control strategy systematically optimized by adopting successfully passes ETS, DEH, FSSS, interlock tests. result provides reference malfunction in same type units.
